After a long experience of notable achievements in various primary, secondary, and higher secondary schools, colleges, and other educational fields run by Adarsh Education Society, Ambhai, a dream was fulfilled to provide higher education to poor and hardworking students, as well as minority and grassroots students from the rural areas of Sillod taluka who cannot go to the city for education. Also, due to the dedication of the Hon. President towards education and the cooperation of the executive board, Adarsh Education Society started with a small sapling, which has now grown into a large tree. Today, many students are getting an education in its shade, and some students have improved their lives and made their future meaningful by getting an education. Looking at the remarkable progress of the college in the last 2 years, today, 500 to 750 students are studying in the college. The students of this college are merit holders, participate in literary programs, and their participation in university sports competitions and youth festivals is noteworthy. Important work for national integration and integrity is being done by the students through various schemes and programs of the college. Programs like environment, conservation, and tree plantation have been undertaken through this college. Also, it has a grand, well-equipped building, a state-of-the-art computerised library, a well-equipped science laboratory, a computer lab, a separate system for each subject department, and a free internet Wi-Fi facility on the college premises, as well as modern scientific equipment in the laboratory. All materials are well-organised and made convenient. The students have made a name for the college in various sports. We are always trying to encourage students for their talents. An “Earn and Learn” scheme for students and a National Service Scheme (NSS) have been undertaken to develop moral values and personality in students. The sapling planted by the president of the institution is growing. Also, our effort will be to ensure that the new technological changes happening in this field are noticed by the students as much as possible. We have undertaken various skill-based initiatives for the students of the college to enhance their competitive quality. For that, lectures by experts, knowledgeable literary figures, and scientists from various fields are organised in line with future opportunities. The work is running smoothly based on the suggestions given by the Hon. President, Secretary, Executive Board, Principal, Professors, and non-teaching staff with a view to the all-around and personality development of the students of the area.
